超老舗チェーンである。
本店で修業した現社長加屋本氏、北千住に店を構えて36年、珍来で修業を始めた18歳から数えて職人歴45年の生粋の珍来育ちだ。
いまでも週5は餃子巻きに各店を回っている。
その餃子巻きスピードは「俺が店で一番速い！」と可愛く笑う姿にほっこりとする。
ひっきりなしに訪れる地元客。
安い、美味い、盛りも良し。
町中華の王道を見せてもらった、
そんな「珍来 北千住店」はこれからもずっと残って欲しいと心から思った。
