名古屋大須在住の与作です。名古屋市西区枇杷島にある「名西飯店」さんに行ってきました。ここは目立った看板がなく(2022年9月撮影時)、お店を発見するのが非常に困難な中華料理店。安くて美味しいと地元の方には熱烈に支持されていて、まさに知る人ぞ知る隠れた名店です。日替わりランチが人気。

最寄り駅の名鉄・名古屋本線(犬山線)「東枇杷島駅」から徒歩12分、店舗西側に数台分の駐車場があります。名古屋駅からも車で10分ほどの場所です。常連さんが多いお店ですが、一見一人客でも入りづらさは特にありません。

東京・大阪・横浜・静岡・タイ・インドネシア・インド・ネパール・ベトナム・フィリピンなどで仕事をしていましたが今は縁あって名古屋。お世話になっている名古屋に恩返しがしたいと思い、また、コロナ不景気で困っている飲食店のお役に立ちたい、応援したいと思いメシ動画を始めました。

I’m Yosaku who lives in Osu, Nagoya. I went to Meisei Hanten in Biwajima, Nishi-ku, Nagoya City. This is a Chinese restaurant with no conspicuous signage, making it very difficult to discover the restaurant. It is enthusiastically supported by locals for its inexpensive and delicious food, and is truly a hidden gem for those in the know. The daily lunch is very popular.

It is a 12-minute walk from the nearest station, Higashi Biwajima Station on the Meitetsu/Nagoya Main Line (Inuyama Line), and there is a parking lot for several cars on the west side of the restaurant. It is also a 10-minute drive from Nagoya Station. The store has many regular customers, but there is no particular difficulty in entering for first-timers.
